Application and Interview with our Representative
Register on our website and complete your online application. You will have to provide us with details on your family, such as your children's personalities and interests, your family lifestyle, employment information and your expectations of an au pair. You will have to provide two personal references and your employment verification. Once your application is submitted and accepted by our office, you will begin interviewing our available au pairs. An Au Pair 4 Me representative will contact you to discuss your family's needs, answer all your questions and schedule an in-home interview.

Matching Process
We provide you with a personalized matching process designed to suit your family’s needs. You will be able to interview anyone you are interested in. Once you have decided on your final candidate and arrival date, we’ll take care of visa process and travel arrangements!

We’ll work with you and guide you every step of the way. You’ll get all information needed to get organized and ready for the start of your au pair program.

Welcome Your Au Pair
It's time to begin this exciting and rewarding adventure! Welcome your new au pair into your home. The first week will be an adaptation for the au pair, and also for you. Be patient as everyone becomes better acquainted and the au pair familiarizes herself/himself with the surroundings, the routine and all the new people in his or her life.
