Matching Process
The matching stage might seem to be the most difficult and, at the same time, the most important part of the program process. You might have a lot of questions and doubts about searching for the right au pair for your family. Our agency makes it really simple and easy for you.
Full Access to our Au Pair Database
You will have access to our entire pool of available au pairs and our filter tool that allows you to search our au pairs based on different criteria. We give you access to au pair profiles with all detailed information such as their childcare experience, skills, family background, lifestyle, etc. (remember that all au pair candidates are carefully screened and they have to pass our comprehensive background investigation before being accepted into our program). You can also review the au pair’s photo gallery and watch their videos. Once you find an au pair you are interested in, you can put her on hold and begin the interview process.
Placement Representative Support
Our Placement Representative will work with you to find the au pair who meets all your family’s needs and who is the perfect match for you and your children. They will assist you and answer all questions you might have during the matching process as well as help you understand why some of our candidates might be a better fit than others. If you have specific criteria that you require in au pair, a Placement Representative will be able to assist you in finding an au pair that will suit your particular needs.
72-hour Exclusive Access
Our agency gives you a 72-hour exclusive access to au pairs who you are interested in interviewing. That means the other families will not be able to contact them and you do not have to worry about competing with other families. You can hold for interview up to three au pairs at the same time and review an unlimited number of au pair profiles until you find your perfect match.
Mutual Match
After you find your perfect au pair, our agency will take care of all visa paperwork and travel arrangements, and help you prepare for your au pair's arrival.
